Building Blocks of Success

This Valentine's campaign was built around the company's Building Blocks of Success theme — the idea that every employee, department, and action contributes to the whole. The creative directive: use imagery of blocks, bricks, or puzzle pieces.

I designed a set of valentines employees could sign and send to coworkers as a gesture of appreciation. Each person received a pack of six, with more available on request. Collected together, the cards revealed a hidden image of Lego flowers — and each employee also received an actual Lego flower with their pack. A few years later, you can still spot them on people's desks.
